Our Journey

Our Journey

Our founders have called Tega Cay home for many years and got tired of driving to other towns to visit a brewery.  So they decided to build one.   The mission is to provide the local community with a family friendly place to enjoy exceptional craft beer,  good food, and fast / friendly customer service.

Jeremy

President

Jeremy is a proud long time resident of Tega Cay and 26-year veteran of the food & beverage industry.   Jeremy has started and exited four successful food and beverage establishments. Over the last 15 years he has served as a director for a large casual dining brand. Jeremy is joined by his wife Keron, and their son James Michael.  Jeremy is a big Tarheels fan and his favorite beer is Sierra Nevada Hoppy Lager.

Brad

Head Brewer

Brad, his wife Jess, their daughter Nora, and a small herd of rescue animals have lived in Tega Cay for about 10 years. Brad began his brewing career as a home brewer many years ago, developing a passion for the science of brewing and fermentation. He has been an active board member in the Upper Palmetto Zymurgy Society homebrew club for the past 3 years.   When he’s not fermenting something, he can often be found fishing in Lake Wylie, shooting pool, or tinkering in his workshop. Brad’s favorite beers are Highland Brewing Cold Mountain Winter Ale, and Zum Uerige Doppelsticke Altbier.

Dirk

Treasurer

Dirk is a successful entrepreneur with a background in real estate and health sciences.  He and his wife Rachel have a daughter named Gwendolyn.  Dirk’s favorite beer is Long’s Peak Raspberry Wheat.
