At Model A Brewing, every beer begins with a simple goal: brew the best possible example of its style. Head Brewer Jerod Jones crafts each recipe with precision, patience, and only the highest quality ingredients — honoring tradition while delivering exceptional flavor in every pint.
Though we're a small 7-barrel brewery, our ambitions aren't small. In just five years we've earned 15 national awards, including 2025 South Carolina Brewery of the Year. But awards aren't why we brew — we brew because great beer should be memorable, approachable, and worth sharing with friends.
